Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data we collect through dandreacollection.com, why we use it, how long we keep it and what your rights are (art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, “GDPR”).

Contact form
- Data: name, email, the text of your message and the consent you gave (with date and the text shown).
- Why: to answer your request and, where needed, give you the information about our collections that you ask for.
- Legal basis: your request and your consent (art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Without your name and email we cannot reply.
- How long: 24 months from the last contact, then we delete it, unless a business relationship starts in the meantime (in that case the legal terms for accounting records apply).
Newsletter
- Data: email, chosen language and proof of your subscription (date and consent text).
- Why: to send you news from D'Andrea Collection by email: new collections, events, trade fairs.
- Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- How long: as long as you stay subscribed. To unsubscribe use the link at the bottom of our emails or write to info@dandreacollection.com: we remove your address within a few days.
Subscriptions and messages received through the previous website have been moved to the new website for the same purposes and with the same retention periods.
Technical data
Like any website, the server logs technical data about visits (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting. To protect the forms from spam we keep the IP address only in encrypted, non-reversible form, for a few minutes. The website uses no profiling cookies and no analytics tools: see the cookie policy.
Who can see the data
Only the people at D'Andrea Collection Srl who answer messages and manage the newsletter, and the providers who help us run the website: the hosting service, the email service and whoever maintains the website technically. These providers process the data on our behalf and only for these purposes. We never sell or pass on your data.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a readable format and withdraw your consent, without affecting processing already carried out. Write to info@dandreacollection.com: we reply within 30 days. If you believe your data is not processed correctly you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of the country where you live.
